Regenerative Nanofat Membrane Development Process is a peer-reviewed clinical research publication in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (Springer Nature, 2024) describing the development and clinical application of an autologous nanofat platelet rich fibrin (PRF) membrane.
The study reports treatment of 172 patients over a five year period (2019–2024) using a mechanically processed adipose derived nanofat membrane combined with PRF. The technique was applied across a range of reconstructive and wound healing indications, including diabetic foot ulcers, facial dermabrasion sites, skin necrosis, cleft palate reconstruction, revision rhinoplasty, and post surgical soft tissue complications.
The publication focuses on methodology, membrane formation, handling characteristics, and clinical feasibility, contributing to the evolving literature on regenerative, scaffold-based applications of autologous tissue in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
